Golf Galaxy: Services Journey

Golf Galaxy locations offer a multitude of valuable services to their golfers, and in addition to new tech coming to stores, we wanted to get the word out and update the Services journey to showcase these offerings.

The existing online experience was outdated and difficult for users to parse in order to access the services they were interested in. Working with research & analytics partners, as well as the manager at our local store, we identified several pain points in the process that was resulting in high bounce rates and lower visits to store locations due to lack of awareness.
